众爱专项基金由众爱义卖店（Roundabout）发起，众爱义卖店是一个由志愿者共同管理和经营的民间慈善组织，位于北京朝阳区观唐广场。中华儿慈会众爱专项基金旨在通过运营慈善义卖点的形式募集善款，用于孤残儿童救助、儿童公益项目资助、儿童领域公益组织团队建设等救助领域。
